All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any additional charges, including Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, will be clearly mentioned before payment.

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Delays in Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant delays, customers will be informed.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and update you on the resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be subject to additional shipping charges.
